“The British Airways Club Lounge in JFK has been recently renovated and standards are much improved in general. Seating is clean and comfortable, but while the overall floor space is large this lounge remains busy at peak times. Food standards are somewhat improved – however, this mainly revolves around BA departures, and not for other airlines using the facility. Bar choices are excellent. Staff service is very inconsistent and an area where BA has not achieved any tangible change to standards.”
