“The lounge was refurbished and extended a few years ago, and the main seating areas offer reasonable standards. The dining area is popular and offers a la carte choices. Standards of meals and snacks tested are good, but not at the highest levels. The lounge is lacking in proper shower suite facilities. The staff inside the lounge (ie. the dining area) are friendly and efficient, but the reception staff offer a very perfunctory service and this is a real weakness for a top-tier First Class lounge.”
