“This lounge is on the mezzanine level of departures near to the food court and as the space is quite open it is subject a degree of noise intrusion from the main terminal. It is a popular facility and there are often queues for entry and limited seating. Food and drink are quite good, but the high turnover of customers means that the buffet is not always well maintained. Cleanliness is somewhat inconsistent through the lounge, and this could be subject to increased monitoring from the lounge staff.”
