At the Airport

Face mask

It is compulsory to wear a surgical mask or a face mask (covering your nose, mouth and chin) at all times. Passengers must carry spare surgical masks or face masks since they should be replaced if wet or visibly dirty.

Terminal access

Only passengers with flights departing from the terminal and the companions of passengers with a disability (when required) will be granted access.
At the entrance door, you will have your temperature taken.

Check in

Check in online for those flights in which this option is available.
Maintain the minimum physical distancing indicated by the signs.
The check-in staff will only ask you to hand over your documentation if necessary.
We suggest that you only travel with a personal item on-board, a backpack or a carry-on bag, which you may place under your seat. Remember to place there the essential items for your flight: a coat, earphones, a book.
Remember that you can have an alcohol-based hand sanitizer of up to 100 ml in your carry-on bag, which will be the only sanitizer allowed to be used on board.

Be early. Bear in mind that you may need more time to complete the boarding process at the airport due to the preventive measures that we are implementing.
Don’t forget to maintain the minimum physical distancing indicated by our personnel and the information signs.
Once your identity has been validated, we will ask you to scan your boarding pass in the corresponding scanner.
Passengers will board the aircraft in small groups and in an orderly manner, ensuring that the physical distancing is maintained. Passengers travelling in Business class or Premium Economy class will be the last to board.
In case buses are used for boarding, passengers will also be carried in small groups to ensure that the physical distancing is maintained. Buses are sanitized and disinfected on a regular basis.

VIP Lounges

Our Cóndor Lounge in Ezeiza is temporarily closed.
Onboard the flight

Face mask

It is compulsory both for passengers and for our crew members to wear a surgical mask or a face mask at all times.

In the cabin

Limit your circulation around the aircraft as much as possible. If you need to go to the lavatory, check that the status indicator is green before getting up from your seat, and avoid queuing.

Not available

Reading material, blankets, pillows, earphones, special food services and bassinets are temporarily unavailable.

Meals & beverages

Domestic & Regional flights
Snacks and drink services are temporarily unavailable.
International flights
On-board food and drink services are limited. We are offering a contingency menu in individual bags, prepared with fresh and industrialized products. When you finish your meal, we will ask you to place all disposable materials in the same bag you received in order to reduce passenger interaction with the crew.
Special food services and bassinets are temporarily unavailable.

Cabin cleaning & disinfection

Wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), the designated personnel perform cleaning and disinfection procedures before and after each flight.
Special attention is paid to high-contact areas such as seats, armrests, tray-tables, seat belts and in-flight entertainment screens. Cleaning and disinfection are also intensified in lavatories, waste bins and doors.
Headrest covers, safety cards and air-sickness bags are replaced after each flight.
The cleaning and disinfection products used are those recommended in the Guide to Hygiene and Sanitation in Aviation issued by the WHO.

Cabin air

Aerolíneas Argentinas aircraft have an air-conditioning system with special high efficiency particulate air filters (HEPA). This system used in the aviation industry allows for the frequent renewal of the air in cabin and eliminates 99.9% of circulating bacteria and microbes, making the aircraft a safe place.

You may leave your seat when the cabin crew so indicates and when the front row is cleared. Keep the recommended physical distancing at all times.
