At the airport

Social distancing

Special signage, announcements and floor markings remind you of the physical distancing measures.

All check-in counters are equipped with Plexiglas protective screens.
Check-in counters and self-service kiosks are disinfected regularly.
Onboard the flight

Face masks

For the health and safety of all, the wearing of a surgical mask is mandatory from the moment you arrive at the airport and throughout your Air France flight.
How long can I wear the same face mask?
It is recommended to not wear the same face mask for more than 4 hours, or after drinking or eating. As a result, we suggest that you bring several masks with you based on the duration of your flight.
Do children need to wear masks? If so, from what age?
It is mandatory for children aged 11 and above to wear a face mask, and recommended that children aged between 3 and 11 wear one. Face masks are not recommended for children aged 3 or below.

As soon as you arrive on board, a disinfectant wipe is provided for your use.

Meals & Beverages

On flights lasting less than 2hr30, we are resuming our beverage service and on our flights lasting more than 2hr30, a snack offer will once again be available.
On our long-haul flights, we are gradually reintroducing a fuller meal service with more choice and individually wrapped products.

Aircraft cleaning

Vacuuming of carpets and all seats, as well as head covers.
Cleaning of all hard surfaces, e.g. tablets, armrests, screens, remote controls, baggage compartments, windows and toilets

Before exiting the aircraft, specific announcements are made on board to facilitate disembarkation and promote physical distancing.

In the baggage arrival area, special signage, announcements and floor markings remind you of the physical distancing measures.
