At the Airport

Arrive early

Arrive early at the airport
Arrive 3 hours before departure to allow enough time for all the necessary processes to take place.

Pre-book meals

Inflight Hot Meals will only be available when you pre-book meals online as there will be no onboard hot meal purchase available. Please pre-book your meals at least 24 hours ahead of your travel time. Packaged snacks such as chips, nuts and chocolate, and canned or bottled beverages will be available as usual.

Temperature Screening

Conducted at different checkpoints, including boarding gate.

Social Distancing

Observed with floor markers at queuing areas including check-in counters & kiosks.

Hand Sanitiser

Available throughout all journey processing points for guests and staff.

Contactless Technology

Use web or mobile check-in to reduce surface and physical contact. *Counter check-in fee may apply at selected airports.

Crew Checks

Before each flight crew are updated on the latest safety information and guidelines and go through temperature screening.
Onboard the flight

Face mask

All guests are required to wear masks before boarding, during flight, and at baggage claim.

Cabin Baggage

Effective 7 July 2020, guests are allowed two (2) pieces of cabin baggage not exceeding a total of 7kg in weight.

Food Safety

Onboard meals are made in accordance with food safety standards. Food and beverage service will be handled using gloves.

Crew Hygiene Standards

All crew will be practicing proper hygiene standards including hand sanitisation and wearing masks and gloves.

Aircraft cleaning

Every night stop, our aircraft undergoes a 2-hour disinfection process using cleaning agents approved by the Public Health Authority and the aircraft manufacturer.

Cabin Sterilisation

Before each flight the aircraft is sprayed with an aerosol disinfectant.

HEPA Air Filters

All our aircraft are equipped with HEPA filters, normally used in hospitals, which filter out particles and airborne contaminants such as viruses and bacteria.
