At the Airport

Face mask

Before boarding an aircraft, passengers must wear disposable protective gloves and masks, which must be replaced after three hours.


In the terminal building and in front of the boarding gate, the temperature of passengers will be measured with a non-contact thermometer. Persons with a body temperature of 37 0 С will not be allowed to fly.
Before boarding the aircraft, all passengers are offered an antiseptic solution to their hands. The solution will be sprayed onto the hands (in gloves) by the guides in the aircraft lobby.

Onboard the flight

Face mask

Persons not wearing a protective mask are not allowed on board the aircraft.
Passengers must wear disposable protective gloves and masks, which must be replaced after three hours
Used masks on board will be disposed of by flight attendants in special sealed bags.

Cabin toilets

The rules for using the toilet cabin have also undergone changes: now passengers need to keep their distance, without creating a queue. Groups of more than two people are not allowed in the lobby in front of the toilet cubicle. One of the two toilet cubicles in the rear of the aircraft will be closed to the public after the collection of replaced protective equipment.

Arrivals guidance

In accordance with the Resolution of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Russian Federation, all foreign citizens arriving in the territory of the Russian Federation
provide information on the negative result of the study of the material for COVID-19 by the PRC method, selected no earlier than three calendar days before arrival in the territory of the Russian Federation;
in the absence of a medical document confirming a negative laboratory test result, they must undergo a laboratory examination in the territory of the Russian Federation by the PCR method within three calendar days
on board the aircraft fill out a questionnaire in English and Russian
may not be allowed on board the aircraft without a medical document confirming a negative PCR test for COVID-19 (by the decision of the carrier airline).
