At the Airport

Face mask

Wearing a mask before the flight, while on the plane until landing and on arrival and exit from the airport.

Airport guidance

Arrive early at the departure terminal four (4) hours before departure. Domestic Lion Air Group flights remain at Terminal 2E and internationally at Terminal 3 of Jakarta Airport. For other airports operating remained in the same terminal.
Wash your hands with soap or use a hand sanitizer.

Hand luggage

Allowances for hand luggage remain unchanged.

Boarding

Self-scan your boarding pass and show your travel document to the boarding agent.
Batik Air has an app for online check-in and improved efficiency.
Lounges

Lounge details

Lounges are currently open to passengers with limited capacity.
Onboard the flight

Face mask

Wearing a mask before the flight, while on the plane until landing and on arrival and exit from the airport.

Service changes

A reduced offering for in flight service is provided to avoid the movement of personnel around the aircraft.
The key role of staff is maintaining cleanliness while on board and passengers should always follow the flight crew directions.
Cleaning

In the aircraft

Enhanced daily cleaning procedures for Batik aircraft to ensure a clean in-flight environment.
The airline will replace HEPA filters for aircraft that have carried suspected cases.
Complete sterilisation of aircraft as necessary.
Arrivals

Deplaning

Upon landing, passengers will need to adhere to the disembarkation instructions as advised by the cabin crew and observe the health and safety measures set by the authorities.

Other guidance

Currently all international flights into Indonesia are cancelled and updates against this should be checked on Government websites.
Customers should keep face masks on until they have left the airport terminal.
According to regulations prospective domestic passengers only need proof of health test such as Rapid Test, PCR Test and or medical certificate.
