At the Airport

General guidance

Online check-in service up to 3 hours before the flight.
Personal protective material support including masks and gloves.
Self-service baggage drop-off (Available at airports offering online check-in service).
Additional free seat reservation option for your comfort.

Hand luggage

Hand baggage shall be provided as a checked baggage during check in and shall not be accepted in the aircraft cabin, with the exception of women’s handbags, paper bags, laptops, bags for a baby and related baby materials.

During the boarding process, the airline will follow the social distancing measures recommended by the health authorities.

The airline is providing additional hygiene products such as disinfectants and cleaning wipes on the aircraft.
Disinfection before boarding occurs in all cases.
Ever-developing health measures for in-flight services.
To maintain a more contact-free flight experience, all unnecessary printed products will be removed from the seat pockets, and Corendon in-flight magazine will not be printed for a short period of time.
Movement in the aisles will be minimized during the flight.
Lavatories will be cleaned and disinfected regularly by crew throughout the flight.

All aircraft are equipped with high-efficiency filters (HEPA), which purify up to 99.97% of virus and bacteria particles. In addition, its cabin air recirculation system renews the air every 2-3 minutes
Vertical displacement prevents it from being shared with passengers on the sides and in front.
Additional enhanced cabin cleaning procedures, especially for windows, tray tables, armrests, seat belt buckles, overhead bin handles, and entertainment centers.

Arrivals guidance

All arrivals into Turkey will be subject to a medical evaluation for symptoms of coronavirus, including temperature checks.
Any passengers showing symptoms including high fever, coughing or respiratory difficulties will be required to undergo a PCR test for coronavirus.
Currently Turkey is accepting all arrivals from EU destinations covered by the airline.
