At the Airport

Customer guidance

Allow additional time at the airport prior to departure
Only travelers will be allowed to enter the airport. If you need special assistance may be accompanied by someone.
As you enter the airport, your temperature will be taken by thermal scanners.
Online check-in and app-based check-in are not available on FastJet

Hand baggage

Usual weight limits are applied to hand luggage.

Boarding

During the boarding process, the airline will follow the social distancing measures recommended by the health authorities.
No priority boarding is available.
Onboard the flight

Meals & beverages

No in-flight service is being offered onboard.
Passengers are welcomed to bring food on board our flights for your personal consumption.

Sanitiser

Staff will supply passengers with a disinfectant wipe which should be used for the immediate seat area.

Service changes

Movement in the aisles will be minimized during the flight.
Lavatories will be cleaned and disinfected regularly.
Maintain at least 1 metre (3 feet) distance between yourself and anyone who is coughing or sneezing.
Cleaning

Our aircraft

Aircraft will be thoroughly disinfected using hospital-grade products which are completed between flights, and in more depth on overnight stopovers.
Additional enhanced cabin cleaning procedures, especially for windows, tray tables, armrests, seat belt buckles, overhead bin handles, and entertainment centers.
Arrivals

Deplaning

Upon arrival at your destination, stay in your seat and wait your turn to get off the aircraft.

Unlimited changes are permitted.
Ticketing office for FastJet may be operating on irregular opening hours.
