At the Airport

Face mask

Customers must arrive at the airport with their own face mask and wear it at all times during their journey or they risk being refused entry and / or boarding (with no credit or refund due)

Check-in

Check-in online to avoid contact with other passengers and staff.
You can select your seats online when booking or checking in, middle seats will be blocked to allow for social distancing but can be booked if you are travelling with your family and wish to be seated together
Please arrive at the airport at least two hours before your scheduled departure time to allow for additional checks and queues

Hand luggage

Only ONE (1) small personal item permitted in the cabin, no larger than a laptop case (25 x 15 x 10cm) and weighing no more than 5kg. All other baggage must be checked in. Your personal item must be placed under the seat in front of you, overhead bins may not be used for Customer baggage

Customer guidance

Only Customers with confirmed bookings will be permitted to enter the airport terminals – flight bookings cannot be made at the airport
Temperature checks will be conducted by GACA at the terminal entrance and other points in the airport.
Saudi authorities may require further medical checks or refuse carriage to any Customers who they believe are unwell and not fit to fly

Boarding

During the boarding process, the airline will follow the social distancing measures recommended by the health authorities.
Boarding will commence in small groups.
Any buses used during boarding will be limited to 50% capacity.
No priority boarding is available.
Onboard the flight

Service changes

The catering and Skysales services are suspended onboard.
Use the call button if you wish to use the washrooms or require assistance. Nobody should be standing in the aisles or moving around. Customers should remain in their seat at all times.
Ablution is prohibited in the lavatories
Cleaning

Our aircraft

All aircraft are equipped with high-efficiency filters (HEPA), which purify up to 99.97% of virus and bacteria particles. In addition, its cabin air recirculation system renews the air every 2-3 minutes and its vertical displacement prevents it from being shared with passengers on the sides and in front.
Flyadeal follows regulations and advice from GACA and the Ministry of Health with regards to the sanitisation of our aircraft, protective equipment for our crew and requirements for our Customers.
Additional enhanced cabin cleaning procedures, especially for windows, tray tables, armrests, seat belt buckles, overhead bin handles, and entertainment centers.
Arrivals

Deplaning

On arrivals, passengers should remain seated until instructed to disembark.
Leaving the aircraft will be in small groups and controlled.

Face mask

Masks must remain worn until passengers are well outside of the airport terminal building.
