At the Airport

Face mask

Face Masks should be worn by all passengers from entry into the airport until arrival at your destination airport.

Airport information

Web Check-in is mandatory for all passengers travelling with flynas.
The airline can not accept any passenger if their temperature is above 38 Degree Centigrade. Full amount of the ticket value will be saved as a credit for one year.
Children less than 15 years are not allowed to travel without an accompanying elder
Passengers must adhere to a passenger self declaration when making the booking, ensuring that they have had no symptoms or exposure to persons with Covid-19.
Several categories of Saudi Residents are allowed to travel outside the Kingdom and return to it based on certain requirements and regulations. Please see the latest government websites for details.

Boarding

Wait for boarding. When you reach the departure gates, continue to wear your mask and observe social distancing by waiting in designated seating.
Only proceed to board when you are called by the boarding gate staff, continuing to maintain a safe distance from other passengers and airport staff.
To help with smooth boarding, have your ID or passport open at the picture page.
The capacity of the bus will be limited so you can maintain social distance from other passengers.
Priority boarding continues to be offered.

Hand luggage

You can carry only 1 piece of carry-on luggage (Max 7kg).
Lounges

Our lounges

Flynas lounges and affiliate lounges are currently subject to restrictions. The majority are operating, however these offer a differing degree of services and products in keeping with GACA guidelines.
Onboard the flight

Food & beverages

A limited degree of pre-ordered food choices are available onboard however this is subject to limitations to ensure limited interactions throughout the cabin.

General information

Staff will be wearing full personal protective equipment (PPE) as they welcome you on the flight.
During the flight, you must remain in the seat assigned to you and keep your seatbelt fastened.
Limit your movement around the aircraft to avoid close contact with crew and other passengers.
If you start to feel unwell at any time during the flight, or begin to have difficulty breathing, you must inform a member of crew immediately and follow any instructions given.
Cleaning

Our aircraft

Additional routines for aircraft cleaning and disinfection.
High-touch and public areas like tray tables, seat belt buckles, armrests, window shades, seatback screens, doors and overhead bin handles continue to be cleaned before every flight.
All aircraft are regularly disinfected and have HEPA filter protection.
Arrivals

Customer Guidance

If you are a GCC national or non-Saudi wanting to visit the Kingdom, please abide the precautionary regulations and requirements set by authorities tasked with preventing the spread of the coronavirus in the Kingdom, including:
GCC nationals are permitted to enter and depart from the Kingdom
Non-Saudi residents who hold visas, exit and re-entry visas, work permits, residence permits, or visit visas
Non-Saudi Passengers are not allowed to board unless they provide a negative result (PCR) test from a verified laboratory abroad and it must be done not later than (72) hours before arriving to the kingdom
The (PCR) test is limited to Non-Saudi only who are over the age of (8) years.
Passengers holding (Tourism / Umrah) visas are NOT allowed to enter the kingdom till further notice.
All guests must fill out and sign a Health Disclaimer Form then hand it over to the health control center upon arrival at the airport.
All guests will undergo 7-days self-quarantine at home (3 days for health practitioners with negative PCR result at the end of self-quarantine period).
All guests must download and register on Tetamman and Tawakkalna Applications.
Guests must register their home location through Tetamman app within 8 hours of arrival.
To avoid crowding, stand away from the baggage belt to allow other passengers to retrieve their baggage. Once you’ve retrieved your own baggage, wipe the handles with an antibacterial wipe.
