At the Airport

Check-in

GOL suggest that you use digital channels, voegol.com.br and the GOL App, to make the modifications to your flight and get more information. This may be used for online check in.
Arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before your flight departure time and allow extra time food additional temperature checks.
At check-in counters agents will be stationed at a distance from one another, and passengers should ensure appropriate social distancing.

Hand luggage

You may bring one carry-on bag and one personal item with you. You should pack your carry-on bag light enough so that you can lift it up and store it in the overhead bin without assistance.

Boarding

During the boarding process, the airline will follow the social distancing measures recommended by the health authorities.
No priority boarding is available.
Lounges

Our lounges

All GOL Premium Lounges will be closed from March 18 to Jun 30, 2020. Access by Diamond and Premium Economy passengers to the VIP lounges of our international partners will also be suspended.
Onboard the flight

Cabin service

GOL is gradually reinstating its onboard service. For now, the company is serving water in individual glasses only to passengers who request it.
Snacks are distributed at the end of the flight, in industrialized, sealed and properly disinfected containers, for the safety of all.
Movement in the aisles will be minimized during the flight.
Lavatories will be cleaned and disinfected eregularly on all flights. No queueing for washrooms is permitted.
Cleaning

Our aircraft

All aircraft are equipped with high-efficiency filters (HEPA), which purify up to 99.97% of virus and bacteria particles.
Aircraft will be thoroughly disinfected during overnight layovers.
Additional enhanced cabin cleaning procedures, especially for windows, tray tables, armrests, seat belt buckles, overhead bin handles, and entertainment centers.
Arrivals

Deplaning

Upon arrival at your destination, stay in your seat and wait your turn to get off the aircraft.

Other guidance

Ensure you continue to wear your face mask until you have fully left the airport.
It is the responsibility of passengers to confirm entry restrictions/ requirements of their final destination.
Starting on March 17, 2020, the bus shuttle service between the airports of Congonhas and Guarulhos will be cancelled until further notice.
