At the Airport

Face mask

Please bring with you sufficient masks to wear at all times in the airport and on-board your flight.

Airport guidance

All passengers should check-in online and download their boarding pass on the Jeju Airlines App or print from the website.
Your temperature will be taken before entry into the terminal.

Hand luggage

Baggage allowances are being strictly monitored, and non-essential items should be checked-in.


Please use the airport washrooms prior to boarding.
Passengers must wear a mask and gloves at all times in the terminal and during their flight.
Social distancing markers are on the floor throughout the terminal. Keep a safe distance from other passengers, where possible.

Our lounges

Due to the corona aftermath, the Jeju Air lounge will be closed.
Unoperated period: Friday, May 1, 2020 to Monday, November 30, 2020
Onboard the flight

Face mask

Passengers must wear a mask and gloves at all times in the terminal and during their flight.

Cabin service

A simplified catering choice is available to passengers. This should be paid for by cashless methods.
Sit in the seat assigned to you and do not move to another seat unless directed to by a cabin attendant.
Cabin and flight crew all wear personal protection equipment (PPE) to ensure their safety and yours. Crew will use a specifically designated washroom.
Do not queue for washrooms and use them only if you really have to. Lower lid prior to flushing.
No blankets are offered onboard.

Our aircraft

High-Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filters are in use. They are effective at capturing greater than 99.97% of airborne microbes in filtered air.
Passenger touchpoints are regularly cleaned onboard.


Upon arrival at your destination please remain in your seat.
To maintain safety, passengers will be required to disembark in small groups.

Arrival guidance

All transit passengers receive a temperature check on arrival in Korea. Symptomatic individuals will be subject to a COVID-19 test and hospitalisation if found positive.
Passengers who do not show symptoms and/or test negative may continue their journey.
Transit passengers at Seoul Incheon Airport require a ticket/boarding pass for their onward flight to their final destination.
All landing arrivals – regardless of nationality and length of stay – are required to be tested for coronavirus (COVID-19) and to undergo quarantine for 14 days.
All individuals regardless of nationality who show coronavirus symptoms on arrival will be tested.
Those who test positive will be isolated and treated at a hospital or community treatment centre.
