At the Airport

Face mask

The wearing of a face mask is now mandatory upon arrival at the airport and on board the aircraft throughout the journey (including on the ramp buses, boarding and disembarking bridges and on arrival) .
During the entire trip, the mask must be changed every 4 hours. Make sure you have a sufficient number of masks before starting your journey

Airport guidance

Agents are present throughout the customer journey to check that the mask is worn and that barrier gestures are respected.
Access to the terminals for accompanying persons is restricted
A non-contact body temperature check is carried out at the entrance of the airport and at the arrival of flights
Ground markings have been put up and the adjoining seats at the check-in desk are closed to allow passengers to keep a distance of at least one meter
Hydro-alcoholic gel dispensers are available throughout the customer route
The transport of UMs (Unaccompanied Minors) on company flights is temporarily suspended
The use of check-in machines, mobile check-in and web check-in is strongly recommended in order to limit contact with other passengers as much as possible;

Hand luggage

Check-in of cabin baggage is temporarily suspended. Only handbags, medicine kits, baby bags and microcomputer bags are allowed on board. Hand baggage may be checked free of charge in the hold up to a weight limit of 10 kilos and a size of 55 cm x 35 cm x 25 cm;


The boarding areas are regularly disinfected
A distance of at least 1 meter between individuals must be respected.
Ground markings for the queues
The sealing of the adjoining seats at boarding level
The presence of agents to control the wearing of masks and the respect of barrier gestures.
The boarding procedures have been completely reviewed to ensure compliance with the rules of distancing.
Boarding is carried out in a timed manner in order to allow passengers to board in groups of 10
The boarding areas are organized in batches of 3 rows. Boarding begins at the rear of the cabin, respecting the social distance of 1 to 2 meters

Our lounges

The RAM Premium lounge is ready to welcome you with limited capacity.
The buffet service is replaced by an individual sterilized service
Access to the children's area and the baby changing areas is temporarily suspended
The newspaper service is temporarily cancelled.
Onboard the flight

Face mask

The mask must be worn throughout the flight and must be replaced every 4 hours


Antibacterial towels are offered by RAM flight crew upon arrival on board

Cabin service changes

A systematic check of the temperature of the passengers is carried out at the entry of the plane
On-board services have been entirely reviewed and adapted to minimize contact between the flight crew and yourself.
The preparations of the products strictly respect the sanitary measures in place. Sealed products are thus provided to you.
The daily press, magazines and RAM MAG are temporarily removed on board
The cloakroom service for the business cabin is temporarily suspended;
Passenger movements on board are limited and gatherings are forbidden
The regular cleaning and disinfection of toilets has been intensified
Videos and on-board announcements are regularly broadcast to inform you of security measures and safety precautions

Our aircraft

As far as the ATR fleet is concerned, the cabin air recirculation system is suspended during the flight. The air renewal is done every 7 minutes in the cabin with fresh air only.
On board, increased cabin cleaning and intensified disinfection of all surfaces in contact with customers. These surfaces include carpets, display pockets and their contents, armrests, shelves and screens.
RAM has implemented a specific disinfection procedure. We use approved virucidal products.
All aircraft have HEPA filters for unrivalled air quality onboard.


Upon landing, passengers will need to adhere to the disembarkation instructions as advised by the cabin crew and observe the health and safety measures set by the authorities at the country of destination.

Arrival guidance

Entry to Morocco is currently only permitted for business persons with an invite, or persons residing in Morocco.
Passengers must complete a passenger health form online at, then print and sign the form, to be presented on arrival in Morocco
Passengers will be required to present (negative) results of a PCR test for COVID-19 before being permitted to travel to Morocco, with the results dated no earlier than 72 hours prior to departure. You should not use the NHS testing service to get a test in order to facilitate your travel to another country. You should arrange to take a private test.
