Cleaning

Our aircraft

The air inside the aircraft is constantly taken in from the outside and circulated inside the aircraft, and then the air is discharged to the outside of the aircraft to replace it in about 3 minutes.
In addition, all Skymark-operated aircraft are equipped with a High-Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) Filter to keep the air circulating in the cabin clean. High-performance air (HEPA) filters collect more than 99.9% of particles such as viruses and bacteria.
In order for customers to use our products with peace of mind, we use alcohol to disinfect the parts around the seats such as tables and armrests, and the doorknobs of toilets that customers touch (it may not be possible depending on the equipment).
Arrivals

Guidance

The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism has requested that people with fever symptom refrain from using aircraft in order to prevent the increased risk of infection with the new coronavirus infection.
Along with this, at Haneda Airport, at the request of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, we have installed a thermography and are implementing efforts to check the body temperature of the passengers on board the aircraft.
