“Despite being a new terminal New Orleans Airport is yet to perform to a high standard. There are a number of areas which could be better. Facilities are limited, there is insufficient seating near gates, no children’s play area and dining choices in the departure space are overcrowded. There are few dining and retail opportunities pre-security. The ease of access to the rental car centre is also poor.”
