“A tourist destination airport, during peak travel periods the terminal is congested and uncomfortable. The range of food & beverage options is poor and shopping is quite limited. Cleanliness and decor standards are poor, and toilet cleanliness is unacceptable. Despite some extension and renovation works in 2018, the terminal remains sub-standard for comfort and facilities.”
