The World Airport Star Rating applies an internationally recognised evaluation system to assess the front-line quality standards of an airport, and provides the world airport industry with a professional, unified Quality classification system that is an established symbol of Airport product and service standards.

As part of the process to determine and award a Certified Airport Star Rating, Skytrax conduct detailed Quality analysis across all areas of the airport front-line product and service delivery standards.
