Airline Lounge Rating
Lounge Star Rating applies an internationally recognised evaluation system to assess the front-line quality standards of a lounge, and provides the airline industry with a professional, unified Quality classification system of lounge product and service standards.
As part of the process to determine and award a Lounge Star Rating, Skytrax conduct detailed Quality analysis across all areas of lounge product and service delivery, normally based on the home-base Airport. Where a lounge operator requires an in-depth audit and detailed reporting / breakdown analysis for all the lounge facilities and service, we charge a fee for the supply of this service. This is based on the time required for all lounge inspections and the preparation, supply and discussion of all potential improvements recommended by our audit office.
