Taoyuan International Airport Terminal 2 is awarded 4-Star Rating
Taoyuan International Airport Terminal 2 has been awarded the prestigious 4-Star Rating, following a comprehensive audit conducted by Skytrax.
The 4-Star Rating is a significant mark of quality distinction awarded by SKYTRAX and recognises strong standards of product and staff service across the various assessment categories in the terminal environment.
This achievement reflects the commitment of Taoyuan Airport to maintaining high standards of service delivery and reliability.
The audit highlighted the terminal’s excellent operational strengths including efficient security and immigration processes, and well-organised departure, arrival, and transfer experiences. Cleanliness throughout the terminal was rated highly, with regular maintenance delivering appealing spaces for passengers.
Transportation options are well organised and easy to use and provide a broad range of connections to Taipei city and regions further afield in the island.
