“Air Canada’s Heathrow lounge in Terminal 2 is in the satellite area. The lounge is open to all Star Alliance Gold Card holders and becomes congested at peak times. The space is well laid out and nicely designed, and offers a good hot and cold buffet and extensive bar selection. The food here is of a decent quality, a well stocked serviced bar and staff also provide a barista service. At times the lounge can be quite congested but a seat can always be found. Staff are quite attentive and pleasant.”
