“The ANA international lounge provides a good regional product and service to customers. The design is largely functional for business travellers with a large volume of workspace, in addition to some more comfortable armchairs. Bar and buffet standards are consistent with other ANA lounges in Japan, and the choices here largely reflect the high level of use by Japanese and Asian guests, and there are somewhat limited international options. Staff are efficient and polite, and cleanliness standards are excellent.”
