“The Changi Lounge is landside in the Jewel area of Singapore Airport and can be used as an arrival or departure facility. The interior decor and design are luxurious and well maintained, and there are nice seating choices available. There is a reasonable buffet available in addition to some a la carte food and bar choices. Washrooms meet a good standard. Staff are friendly and are quite good at explaining the lounge systems in terms of free of chargeable facilities.”
