“While the theoretical quality of product and service could be quite good for this lounge, and fundamental weakness is the crowding and lack of seating that is often observed. The popularity of the facility means that cleanliness is often weak, and there is simply a lack of comfort and privacy. Food and drinks choices are fine, but hot food temperatures are not always well monitored. Staff do not offer a great deal of service attention, but the turnover of guests means that this is often not greatly possible.”
