“Royal Brunei runs two lounges next to each other, the key difference is that business class customers are entitled to à la carte dining and the Sky Lounge offers a buffet but more facilities. The lounges include premium seating, the decor is pleasant, and while the Sky Lounge is slightly darker both offer a high standard of cleanliness. The Sky Lounge provides excellent entertainment options that include a games console room and a movie room. The business lounge offers massage chairs and a shower cubicle. Catering is excellent, and food quality is of a high standard. Staff are quite proactive and friendly in offering a restaurant-style service to business class customers.”
