“A very small regional airline that has reduced aircraft and staff numbers. Airport service is fair in Gaborone, but delays & cancellations are poorly handled. Cabin seating is fine for the short routes flown, and a small snack & beverage is supplied on some flights. Cabin staff are normally very friendly and hospitable.”
