Air Caraibes is Certified as a 3-Star Airline for the quality of its airport and onboard product and staff service. Product rating includes seats, amenities, food & beverages, IFE, cleanliness etc, and service rating is for both cabin staff and ground staff.

“Air Cariabes provides affordable flights between the Caribbean and Metropolitan France with hubs in Guadaloupe, Martinique and Paris Orly Airports. Seat comfort standards are basic, and while there are flatbed seats in Business Class, Economy Class passengers will find high-density layouts with an extra seat per row on most long-haul aircraft. Premium Economy seat space is also smaller than other mainline carriers. Food quality and staff service is fair in each cabin, but overall, lacks the consistency to deliver a 4-Star standard.”
