“Air Serbia has a reasonably good product in Business and Economy Class on long-haul flights, but staff service attention can be inconsistent. Short-haul Business Class has complimentary catering, but Economy Class is buy onboard. Airport service standards in Belgrade are inconsistent for staff friendliness and efficiency, but the Business Class lounge is at a good standard. With improvements to service consistency, this is a potential 4-Star Airline.”
