“Business class is 2x2x2 with narrow seats and limited bedding items. Economy seat pitch is fair but seats not very comfortable. Premium economy seats comfortable, but service and dining offers little upgrade. Onboard WiFi is available, prices are high. Inflight entertainment is very limited. Staff service is inconsistent with poor cabin presence, and a key limiting factor in meeting 4-Star.”
