“Arik Air has a mixed history of routes and aircraft types, and currently operates its longest flights with the B737. Airport service in Lagos is poor and needs improvement. The cabin product is acceptable for 2-3 hour flights, but poor for longer sectors and catering standards need improvement. Cabin staff service is friendly by lacking consistency.”
