“Hawaiian Airlines can excel for friendly staff service, but inconsistency is lowering the overall rating. The A330 provides a fair quality product for international routes but requires some improvement to meet 4-Star standards all-round. US mainland flights are matching other US carriers, staff service is slightly better but product levels are average.”
