Kuwait Airways is Certified as a 3-Star Airline for the quality of its airport and onboard product and staff service. Product rating includes seats, amenities, food & beverages, IFE, cleanliness etc, and service rating is for both cabin staff and ground staff.
“Kuwait Airways falls below the standard of other carriers in the Middle East, offering passengers a sub-standard product in a number of areas. Whilst a corporate re-brand and newer aircraft will improve levels of passenger comfort onboard, areas such as cabin crew service and poor ground service at Kuwait airport, tend to undermine these changes.”
