La Compagnie is Certified as a 4-Star Airline for the quality of its airport and onboard product and staff service. Product rating includes seats, amenities, food & beverages, IFE, cleanliness etc, and service rating is for both cabin staff and ground staff.
“La Compagnie provides all-Business Class service between France and New York. Since the airline introduced new A321LR the onboard product has improved significantly. Meals choice is limited but quality good, as is the bar selection. WiFi and IFE are satisfactory. Staff can be quite friendly and interactive but sometimes lack attention and personalisation.”
