“Nile Air operates a fleet of A321/320 aircraft. Product and service standards are quite basic and inconsistent, and this is the driver of a 3-Star rating. Airport service can be inefficient and linked to a weak infrastructure in Cairo. Onboard comfort is reasonable but impacted by poor cleanliness. F&B standards are also inconsistent. Staff service can lack motivation and needs better attention to detail.”
