TAROM is Certified as a 3-Star Airline for the quality of its airport and onboard product and staff service. Product rating includes seats, amenities, food & beverages, cleanliness etc, and service rating is for both cabin staff and ground staff.
“TAROM has cut back on the Economy Class service onboard, and seems to be moving towards a future buy onboard process. Business Class is fairly standard by European levels, but airport services in Bucharest could be improved. Cabin staff tend to provide a functional service and lack any proper interest in service hospitality.”
