Rating Comments

Whilst the core measures for customer safety (signage about social distancing, seat distancing, hand sanitisers etc) are reasonably well applied here at Bahrain International Airport, there is a lack of enforcement in place. High numbers of customers are observed without face masks or face masks pulled around the chin, and this safety failure was also observed amongst many staff which is an area that must be improved. There was also inconsistency noted for cleanliness tests across various high contact surfaces - seating and tables in dining areas.
