“Kansai Airport has excellent multi-modal transport links towards Osaka and onwards to other cities in Japan. New signage is improving passenger navigation and wayfinding. The majority of food and beverage choices are before security and the range of these facilities is excellent. Security processing efficiency has improved significantly over the last 2-years as KIX has introduced advanced screening lanes in all terminals, and the airport has an enviable reputation of having never misplaced a handled bag. In addition, there are some good leisure facilities and a nearby museum with an excellent observation deck.”
