COVID-19 Rating comments

COVID-19 safety measures have been implemented quite consistently across the airport, and this includes some appealing digital information banners, and regular hand hygiene points. While social distancing factors are suggested in queuing areas and around the seating, this is not often being strictly followed by passengers or enforced by staff. Cleanliness is generally good in the main terminal spaces, but ATP testing showed some weakness in the sanitisation of seating, and washroom monitoring remains a factor that can improve. Factors of organisation and cleanliness measures could improve at security processing. There is a good testing regime in place for arrival and departing customers which is quick and affordable.
