COVID-19 standards

The airport website is very poor, with no proper COVID-19 guidance or information provided. Inside the airport, the COVID-19 signage and information is poorly branded and the stand-out visibility of this requires change. Social distancing marking is also not distinctive compared to many airports. Seat distancing is okay for main seating areas and at food and beverage areas. Most passengers adhere to wearing facemasks correctly, and during the audit periods it was only a few staff where masks are not worn correctly. Terminal areas are quite clean, but washroom areas failed on ATP tests.
