COVID-19 Rating comments

The COVID-19 guidance and information signage is poor and the overall visibility and branding need improvement. Floor markings for social distancing are very basic and lack clarity, and around the airport there is a need for a complete renewal and revision of signage. At the pinch points such as check-in and security screening there is no proper observation of social distancing and there is no attempt by airport staff to control this. Cleanliness in main terminal areas is improved on previous standards, but the standard and frequency of washroom cleanliness is poor, and some F&B outlets need to enhance the cleaning procedures.
