Top 10 Airlines for Staff Service by Global Region 2024
The Best Airline Staff Service awards recognise the combined quality of front line airline staff service for both the airport and the onboard experience. See the Top 10 Airlines for Staff Service 2024 by global region, in the annual airline passenger satisfaction survey.
Kenya Airways was named the Best Airline Staff in Africa 2024. The Top 5 Airlines for Staff Service in Africa 2024 include South African Airways (2nd), RwandAir (3rd), Airlink (4th) and Egyptair (5th).
ANA All Nippon Airways won the award for the Best Airline Staff in Asia 2024. The Top 5 Airlines for Staff Service in Asia 2024 include Singapore Airlines (2nd), Cathay Pacific Airways (3rd), EVA Air (4th) and Japan Airlines (5th).

Fiji Airways was voted the Best Airline Staff in Australia/Pacific 2024. The Top 5 Airlines for Staff Service in Australia/Pacific 2024 include Air New Zealand (2nd), Virgin Australia (3rd), Qantas Airways (4th) and Rex Airlines (5th).
Hainan Airlines was named the Best Airline Staff in China 2024. The Top 5 Airlines for Staff Service in China 2024 include China Southern Airlines (2nd), Tianjin Airlines (3rd), China Eastern Airlines (4th) and Juneyao Air (5th).

Air Astana won the award for the Best Airline Staff in Central Asia & CIS 2024. The Top 5 Airlines for Staff Service in Central Asia & CIS 2024 include Azerbaijan Airlines (2nd), Uzbekistan Airways (3rd), FlyArystan (4th) and SCAT Airlines (5th).
Vistara was voted the Best Airline Staff in India/South Asia 2024. The Top 5 Airlines for Staff Service in India/South Asia 2024 include IndiGo (2nd), Air India (3rd), SriLankan Airlines (4th) and Maldivian (5th).

Iberia was named the Best Airline Staff in Europe 2024. The Top 5 Airlines for Staff Service in Europe 2024 include Austrian Airlines (2nd), Air France (3rd), British Airways (4th) and Turkish Airlines (5th).
Oman Air won the award for the Best Airline Staff in the Middle East 2024. The Top 5 Airlines for Staff Service in the Middle East 2024 include Qatar Airways (2nd), Etihad Airways (3rd), Emirates (4th) and Saudia (5th).

Delta Air Lines was voted the Best Airline Staff in North America 2024. The Top 5 Airlines for Staff Service in North America 2024 include Air Canada (2nd), Alaska Airlines (3rd), Porter Airlines (4th) and United Airlines (5th).

Caribbean Airlines won the award for the Best Airline Staff in Central America/Caribbean 2024. The Top 5 Airlines for Staff Service in Central America/Caribbean 2024 include Copa Airlines (2nd), Bahamasair (3rd), Air Caraibes (4th) and Cayman Airways (5th).

About the 2024 World Airline Awards
The World Airline Awards are independent and impartial, introduced in 1999 to provide a customer satisfaction study that was truly global. Travellers across the world vote in the largest airline passenger satisfaction survey to determine the award winners.
All costs of the Survey and Awards event are paid by Skytrax, and airlines do not pay any entry or registration fee. There are no charges for use of the Award logos and results.
The online customer survey operated from September 2023 to May 2024. The customer survey is provided in English, French, Spanish, Russian, Japanese and Chinese. Over 100 customer nationalities participated in the 2023/2024 survey. Survey entries are screened to identify IP and user information, with all duplicate, suspect or ineligible entries deleted. More than 350 airlines are featured in the final Award results.
