Air Transat is Certified as a 4-Star Leisure Airline for the quality of its airport and onboard product and staff service. Product rating includes seats, amenities, food & beverages, IFE, cleanliness etc, and service rating is for both cabin staff and ground staff.
“Air Transat have a hybrid leisure/low-cost structure with full-service on routes to Europe. The premium cabin (Club Class) is aligned with Premium Economy standards, and product / service are good. Economy Class legroom is quite generous, but they have a higher density 9-across on A330’s which feels cramped. IFE is adequate on A330s, and they are starting to offer seatback screens on new A321NEO aircraft. Staff service is friendly, efficient and consistent.”
