Boliviana de Aviación is Certified as a 2-Star Airline for the quality of its airport and onboard product and staff service. Product rating includes seats, amenities, food & beverages, IFE, cleanliness etc, and service rating is for both cabin staff and ground staff.

“Boliviana de Aviación cabin products are old, tired and failing to meet customer expectations. Long-haul Business is poor with uncomfortable seats, and lacks modern product amenities. No personal inflight entertainment is offered, and the Boliviana App to stream is not worth using. Cabin staff are friendly and hospitable, but this cannot make up for the weak product. Airport standards at Santa Cruz are poor, and the business lounge is unacceptable.”
