Nouvelair is Certified as a 2-Star Leisure Airline for the quality of its airport and onboard product and staff service. Product rating includes seats, amenities, food & beverages, IFE, cleanliness etc, and service rating is for both cabin staff and ground staff.
“Nouvelair is a Tunisian charter airline operating flights to/from Europe. Onboard comfort standards are average for the leisure market. Seat legroom is acceptable but there are issues with cabin cleanliness and presentation. On most flights, there is a buy-on-board service but there are some problems with product availability. Free soft drinks are given on some flights but the policy is inconsistent. Staff service is rather poor for customer attention and communication.”
