“This is a busy lounge in Terminal 1 that attracts many cardholders and airline clients, but in general, the capacity is fine at most times. Food and drink standards are commensurate with other third-party operated facilities at Changi. There is a good range of seat choices to suit the needs of business and leisure passengers, and interior standards are reasonably well maintained. Staff are business-friendly, but helpful when assistance is needed. Lounge cleanliness is at a good quality level.”
