“There are two HNA Clubs in this airside departures area, and this rating refers to the larger, newer lounge which includes the in-lounge dining area. Seat standards and options are varied, and comfort levels good for a domestic lounge. The food and beverages include hot meal options at mealtimes and this is well rated. Staff service is very friendly and hospitable. Washrooms are okay, but no shower facilities are included.”
