Air China Domestic First and Business Class lounges at Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport are Certified as 3-Star Airline Lounges for product facilities and staff service.
“The design and decor are nice, but the lounge standards have deteriorated since their construction due to poor daily maintenance. Food and beverage standards are satisfactory for a domestic lounge operation, breakfast being the best period. Cleanliness is quite poor in some lounge areas, including the washrooms. Staff service is quite hospitable and efficient, but language skills are poor for handling international customers.”
