“A reasonable standard of lounge cleanliness and staff service. Space is limited and can become congested at busy times. Limited facilities but including a small washroom, one shower and some computers. Power sockets are limited and there are no suitable places to work from a laptop. Catering has improved in recent years with a generous buffet. Staff are friendly, enthusiastic and engaging. This is the strongest area for this lounge.”
