The Best Airline Cabin Crew awards recognise the highest all-round performance of cabin staff, for hard service (e.g. techniques, efficiency, attention etc), and soft service characteristics (e.g. staff enthusiasm, attitude, friendliness and hospitality).
Singapore Airlines wins the top Award for the World’s Best Cabin Crew 2024. The World’s Top 5 Airline Cabin Crew 2024 include ANA All Nippon Airways (2nd), Garuda Indonesia (3rd), EVA Air (4th) and Cathay Pacific Airways (5th).

Kenya Airways was named Best Airline Cabin Crew in Africa, Singapore Airlines was voted Best Airline Cabin Crew in Asia and Fiji Airways won the award for Best Airline Cabin Crew in Australia/Pacific.
Hainan Airlines was named Best Airline Cabin Crew in China, Air Astana was voted Best Airline Cabin Crew in Central Asia & CIS and Austrian Airlines won the award for Best Airline Cabin Crew in Europe.
Vistara was named Best Airline Cabin Crew in India & South Asia, Garuda Indonesia was voted Best Airline Cabin Crew in Indonesia and ANA All Nippon Airways won the award for Best Airline Cabin Crew in Japan.
Asiana Airlines was named Best Airline Cabin Crew in South Korea, Finnair was voted Best Airline Cabin Crew in Northern Europe and Iberia won the award for Best Airline Cabin Crew in Southern Europe.
airBaltic was named Best Airline Cabin Crew in Eastern Europe, Austrian Airlines was voted Best Airline Cabin Crew in Western Europe and Qatar Airways won the award for Best Airline Cabin Crew in the Middle East.
Delta Air Lines was named Best Airline Cabin Crew in North America, LATAM was voted Best Airline Cabin Crew in South America, Air Canada won the award for Best Airline Cabin Crew in Canada and Delta Air Lines was named Best Airline Cabin Crew in the USA.

About the 2024 World Airline Awards
The World Airline Awards are independent and impartial, introduced in 1999 to provide a customer satisfaction study that was truly global. Travellers across the world vote in the largest airline passenger satisfaction survey to determine the award winners.
All costs of the Survey and Awards event are paid by Skytrax, and airlines do not pay any entry or registration fee. There are no charges for use of the Award logos and results.
The online customer survey operated from September 2023 to May 2024. The customer survey is provided in English, French, Spanish, Russian, Japanese and Chinese. Over 100 customer nationalities participated in the 2023/2024 survey. Survey entries are screened to identify IP and user information, with all duplicate, suspect or ineligible entries deleted. More than 350 airlines are featured in the final Award results.
